New Year’s Eve Cocktail Recipe: Hope & Sparkle

In today’s edition of Wine4Food’s make-it-at-home holiday cocktail series we have a citrus and elderflower bubbly number made with Prosecco. Lovingly crafted by Tussock Jumper wines, we love that it’s fresh and floral, and that it can be enjoyed as a cocktail or aperitivo. Make it for your small group of friends this New Year’s Eve. 2020 is almost over, and it’s time to celebrate!
4 oz Tussock Jumper Prosecco, chilled
½ oz limoncello cream, chilled
½ oz elderflower liqueur
Garnish: lemon leaf, raspberry
Place the lemon cream liqueur into a flute glass, top with Prosecco. Garnish and serve.
