Tasting Table Feature

Reporting that these chile pepper extracts “offer a heady dose of fire, but aren’t eclipsed by it,” the Tasting Table tosses each extract with wings and pairs with unique dipping sauces such as a “nuoc mam-inspired dip of fish sauce, lime and sugar.”
