Ingredients
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 4 ounces of brandy
- 8 ounces of apple cider
- 16 ounces of champagne, chilled
- Apple slices for garnish
- Cinnamon sticks for garnish
- Rosemary sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Take two glasses and line the rim with a splash of apple cider
- Place the brown sugar on a plate, then flip the glasses over and press the sugar along the inside and outside of the rim of the glasses
- Next, pour two ounces of brandy and four ounces of apple cider into each glass
- Top each glass with eight ounces of champagne
- Finally, finish the apple cider mimosas with an apple slice, cinnamon stick, and rosemary sprig for garnish
