Thanksgiving Apple Cider Mimosa

  • ¼ cup brown sugar 
  • 4 ounces of brandy 
  • 8 ounces of apple cider
  • 16 ounces of champagne, chilled 
  • Apple slices for garnish 
  • Cinnamon sticks for garnish 
  • Rosemary sprigs for garnish 


  1. Take two glasses and line the rim with a splash of apple cider 
  2. Place the brown sugar on a plate, then flip the glasses over and press the sugar along the inside and outside of the rim of the glasses 
  3. Next, pour two ounces of brandy and four ounces of apple cider into each glass 
  4. Top each glass with eight ounces of champagne 
  5. Finally, finish the apple cider mimosas with an apple slice, cinnamon stick, and rosemary sprig for garnish
