“Very pale and clear straw-yellow. Gorgeous mineral nose, with developed petrol next to hints of flowers, including lillies. Pretty balance, with a touch of sweetness perfectly matching the electric acidity. Great wine for smoked salmon, ham, quiche, many light and salty things.” – David Rosengarten
